Mixed 225/50 and 225/55 winter tire sizes

Friend of mine has a set of 17" Moda Radius R3 wheels with Pirelli Snowsport 210 tires. 2 tires are 225/50 and 2 are 225/55. Would this be an issue with the staggered setup on my 2008 G35S 6MT?

It's a height difference of 0.8", and a variance of approx 3%.

Thing to be concerned with is the ABS. If tire sizes are different, the ABS will fault and not work and display all sorts of warning lights in the dash. I beleive the limit is 3-6% but think it's manufacturer specific. Unsure what it is on the Infiniti. A lot of cars are around 3%
