Once I saw Mike Grote's car last year, I had to do the same. Love the look and can't wait to put them back on after the winter is over here.

No, I think it's just a weird picture artifact or perhaps a smudge of tire dressing or something. The pic is from last summer. Fortunately I haven't scuffed anything yet!

I hear ya, though the powdercoating shop mounted the tires for me, so I'm guessing it was in their best interest to make sure nothing got scuffed

Next set of tires I'll have to worry, not to mention those vicious curbs around here!

small piece of advice, ask your powder coater of a good place to get tires mounted. usually powder coaters will do work for local wheel shops, if the wheel shop knows you just had them powder coated by the same guy, then they might be extra careful, gl

That concept looks REALLY good and at $250 to $450, it's a very inexpensive look change.

Looks like I better make a decision before too many have it done and I'm just following the crowd

Really sharp, guys.

i see all these pictures of machined lip with gunmetal grey spokes on the oem 19s but what is the color i need a definant color because the shop that is refinishing the wheels needs me to pick a definant color and the wheels were curb checked by the PO who was an older man who evedently couldnt drive
