Where can I get custom centercaps??

I have work varienza t1s all black and I want this center cap.. They only make it for the vs-xx.. Can I get one made in vinyl to stick on my varienza?? Where at?? Let me know I wanna get them done asap!! Thanks!! http://www.workwheelsonline.com/work...centercap.html
