Recognize these spacers ??

I bought these spacers for little of nothing. My rear offset is +22 and i needed 5MM spacers to bring it down to +17. They look like universal spacers to me and was wondering if anyone has used some like this before, anyone know what brand they are and do you think they'll be ok to put on my G ?

I doubt anything will happen to the studs. You got to be using longer studs anyways with any kind of spacer.

The only thing that I don't like about small spacers is that they reduce the amount of hub space on which your wheel rests.

Bigger spacers provide additional "hub" space for the rim but with these small ones most of the weight is transfered to the studs. And studs are not designed to keep the weight of the car on them.

So IMO if it's only 5mm you looking for..........better leave it the way it is and be safe than sorry.

nothing to hold the spacers from moving w/universal pattern. bolt/hub specific one's are kept in place better.

EDIT:

you might not need extended studs (or that size) but you get the idea

i've ran ichiba's 5, 15 and now 10mm v1 spacers and have never had and issues. i actually prefer them over the v2 bolt on's for 5-15mm. 20+ i'd go v2 though

I used them before.. It's a cheap alternative for people that have wheels that don't clear their brakes.
Make sure you have at least 5 turns on your studs tho..

here ya go: http://supercar-engineering.com/sc2/...products_id=44

i know these are made for the dodge stealth/mitsu 3000gt, but i did my research and the only difference is that the hub diameter is just a bit larger so they'll fit the G.
i got a pair myself (3-mm) and no problems so far
bang for buck, these are by far the best quality for the money... only $32/pair.
