Wheel question

I've done some searching on the site and still don't quite know which offsets to go with...

I want to go with 19x9 up front and 19x10 in the back.
My offset choices for these wheels are
Front: 20/37/42
Back: 20/37

From what I've read a lower offset will make the wheel more flush with the fender. The car is lowered about 1.2-1.5 inches. So I guess my question is, is +20 offset in the back good or should I look for something lower? and should I use the same in the front?

Thanks in advance as I know this is a pretty noobish question.

it would look ok at +20, but being 19x10 i would start look at least in the +15 range

Well I'm pretty much hell bent on these wheels, so would it be easy enough as just getting them and putting a small spacer?
