235's F + 265's R on sedan?

will 235/40/18's and 265/35/18's fit on a sedan with 18 x 8 and 18 x 9 inch wheels? they have a offset of +38 all around.
i have tein s tech springs.

The fronts should be ok, but the back might rub, not 100% though.

According to Enkei, a 18x9 38mm offset rim with a 245/45-18 tire mounted comes within 2mm of the rear fender lip, so no a 265 will not fit with that offset. You would be better off running at least a 245 tire in the front.
