Okay, I'm running M45 19s on 25mm spacers now, but want to have them powdercoated (curbed a wee bit). I still have my old stock 18s that I can use for a few weeks as needed. Do I need to remove the spacers or can I roll with spacers until refinished?

Conversely I may trade out to stock 19s and keep the spacers just to try something different. Spacers would still be a good fit on the Rays, correct?

should be fine. lots of people are running 20-25mm spacers.
