offset experts, take a look

heres what ive got

18x8 +20mm with 245/40/18 fronts
18x9 +38mm with 275/40/18 rear -- gay offset i know

im gonna throw some spacers on these things
thinking og going 15mm front 25mm rear

that would put me at 5mm front with a 245 tire
and 13mm rear with a 275 tire (wheel has 245 on it right now though)

that would put my rear wheel 4.5mm more aggressive that the front correct?
(rear tire is 1 inch wider, which adds 12.5 mm to the inside and outside of the rim and an 8mm offset difference in the wheels themselfs so 12.5-8=4.5)

would i have any problems with rubbing with these new offsets after spacers, im pretty sure i wont but i wanted to check before i order the spacers

Measure the distance from the wheel to the fender. You WONT rub at all with that setup. I'm sure you can stick 30mm spacers all around and still not rub lol

thats what i was thinking, it would still have plenty of room before getting close to rubbing

i remember another member with 1 inch wider wheels front and back running close to the same offsets

nahh i ordered the wheels and specified the offsets i wanted, they didnt have them in stock but had ones close to what i wanted so they shipped those
i didnt get to check my email and invoice until after they shipped so im stuck with the wheels unless i pay massive restocking fee's

i wanna get close to flush, but still inside the fender wells as theres tons of crap on the roads here an i dont want it on the side of the car

im not dropped at all

right now i will be running 245/40/18 all the way around it (i already have these)
but in a few months ill spring for a set of 275/40/18 on the rears

i dont understand why you would have to pay restocking fee if you ordered specific offsets and received something different

the wheel company decided to shaft me
they also didnt have the tires which i specified in my order, so they just put something similar on the wheels

didnt notify me or anything, but all that crap is besides the point i have these wheels now an im gonna try to make due with them for a couple years
