OK I am trying to go with the 9.5 front and 10.5 rear set up for the big lip. Those with this set up what was your offset and I need to clear my Brembo's?

I also have the tein s springs will this work with 10.5 in the rear?

Does anyone have the offset of +30 front and +24 rear?

depends on what size tires you go with. 275/35/ 245/35 will clear most offsets. my front offset is +28 and rear is +23 and i dont rub at all...the rears barely clear and the front has a lot of room left...

 

275/35/ 245/35 is actually the tire size that are coming with the wheels. According to what I'm getting then I should not have any problems?

If any one else has any input please share and GG35 thanks for responding. I am close to buying my wheels and I want to get it right before I pay for them.

I'm running 295's in the rear but I had to roll my fenders. 275 will clear anything since it's be stretched.

 

How much did it cost you to roll your fenders?

i too am getting rims soon. My rims are going to be 19x9 on in the front and im also putting 19x10.5 in the back. Im going to be using 245-35-19 in the front and 275-35-19 in the back. I never got rims before. Can anyone confirm that there is nothing wrong with this setup? I dont want to spend thousands on rims and find out something is wrong.

 

your rear tires will be very narrow your lips will be very easy to damage...

Dude I have 20x10 in the rear and its a pretty tight fit man.
Can you get them 10 instead of 10.5? I would hate for you to slash a 300 dollar tire by hitting the fender
What size lip are you getting? I have a 4 inch lip in the rear and it's pretty big and I also have the brembos...

 

Some people just dont get that you dont have to have a 10.5 inch rim to get a fat lip! Like Ive said before! ITS ALL IN THE OFFSET!

 

Well if its up to me i wouldn't get 10.5, but the rims i want only comes in that for the 19s. So it doesn't leave me much of a choice. And i dont have brembos brakes. So whats the consensus? Do you guys think 19x9 front and 19x10.5 rear with 245/35/19 and 275/35/19 tires be good for my G??? Because im about to spend like 4 grand on these rims.

Any ways the lip size will be 2.71" front & 4.17" rear what do people w/ 8.5/9.5 have?

I want the 10.5 in the rear but I dont want problems and I'm not sure on the cost if I roll my fenders. The Volks that I want dont come in 10's. tgalvez whats your offset's?

Yes, its true that with the 275 on 10.5s, there will be less tire to protect your wheel because the tire is really stretched out, but if you are gonna get that close to a curb, nothing is gonna protect your lip anyways.

A wider size tire would probably be more logical and better looking, but they are also more expensive and most vendors only offer them with teh 275/35.

I'll probably end up goin wider when i need new tires...255/35 fronts and 285/30 or 285/35 rears...I just don't like it too look too wide in the rear. makes the car look too domestic..

It was only a .5 inch difference in lip size with the 10.5s, but you know what they say, "go big or go home" hahaha

I dont know what my offset is since Iforged did all the homework for me. They made the off set to clear the brembos... and yeah, I try to make it to the gtg..
