RSR Springs ..
RSR Springs ..
I was wondering if anyone had the RSR springs installed on there car ...can you tell the difference on the height of the car ? after it settled how much lower did it get .. how is the ride quality ?? i am asking because i want to lower my car really bad but i dont want to buy a camber kit please help thanks
Re: RSR Springs ..
I got the Ti's made for the 350z. 1" drop all around with no noticeable settling. Ride quality firmed up noticeably. It floats a lot less. You'll need a camber kit all around if you want to get back to specs. At least I do.
Re: RSR Springs ..
It's really important to label your thread so we know what you drive, answer's can be different for coupes and sedan's, especially drop amounts.
Their are two RSR springs that can be used on the coupe or sedan, one of them is ment for the coupe, the other is ment for the 350Z. (3 if you want to count the Ti 350Z spring)
RSR 350Z springs (just a wee bit progressive F&R, maybe one coil is progressive)
345/417 F+10% R+22%
Transfers +12% roll stiffness to rear
RSR G35 coupe springs (progressive front and rear)
315/315 F+0 R-8%
Transfers +8% roll stiffness to front
Their is one known user of the G35 coupe spring, he is also using Koni shocks if I recall. Their are at least 2 coupes using the 350Z RSR's and one sedan running them as well.
In general add 1/2" to the published drop amount of any lowering spring ment for the 350Z if run on a G35 coupe. Add 1" for the same thing if run on a sedan.

Re: RSR Springs ..
i drive a g35 coupe ... and i want a drop where i dont need to get a camber kit ..... and i will be gettting some rims later down the future .. so please help me .. i want a clean drop

Re: RSR Springs ..
I think you can go up to .5 to .75" max before you need a camber kit. Even with such a small drop, you'll be at or very close to the max camber that the stock adjustment will give you. Nominal specs probably won't be possible.
