Question New Rims Purchase- Help Needed!

Hey, so I just purchased some 255/30/20 +15 285/30/20 +12 wheels and tires and am now ready to purchase some coils and camber kits. When even driving around on stock suspension I still bump my fender when going over minor uneven roads. Will simply rolling the fender and getting a minor drop (1"-2") on coils on a stiffer setting eliminate the rub and bump or do I need to do something else ? I appreciate the help.

Rolling your fenders will definitely help. You can also run some slight camber to avoid the rubbing.

Thanks for the quick reply! So a shop I know of where I live charges $250 to roll fenders which is outrageous and I have read up many places and searched on DIY fender rolling and have seen pretty solid results. I have a heat gun and would be using 2" PVC pipe. Does anyone else have any positive or negative testamonials about DIY fender rolling? I am thinking from everything I have read it is worth saving the $250 to do it myself ....

^^ You can do it yourself, but just remember that when you are beginning to do the roll, be careful not to crack the paint in the process of doing it. And don't half *** it by leaving the wheel on, take that thing off!

Good luck with your project. Post some pictures when you are finished!

$250 is way too much for rolling your fenders.

What are the specs on your wheels (widths, diameter)?

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Our local club rented a fender roller for $35 and rolled 3 cars in one day. Super easy, but take your time and be careful. Here's the link, scroll down for the pics.

PVC would crack. Use a solid metal pipe. I saw a fender roller on the shelf at COrner 3 garage last time I was there.

Wheel specs are 20x8.5 and 20x10. So I won't use the PVC and go with a metal pipe. Don't I need to leave the tire on to use as a fulcrum in order to apply the pressure? I'll definitely look into a rented fender roller cause $35 is definitely do-able, and I'm all for using proper tools haha. Thanks for all the input.

Just a heads up for people to use as a reference, I rolled the fenders today, just a mild roll for now and I have no rubbing issues. Surprisingly PVC with a heat gun worked really well.
