and again any ideas on wheels around $2000 for the style I want and a low enough offset. I don't want to mess around with spacers cause they seem a little sketchy and not so safe and I dont want any problems to happen by adding more pieces to the puzzle you know.
You will be able to install your wheels on your ride but you most likely will not be able to drop it without a proper fender roll, and possibly a bit of negative camber. Offsets that are within the teens or lower will require a fender roll when you drop the car, in order to prevent rubbing in the rears. A fine example of this is when a buddy of mine dropped his Coupe on some Volk GT-S, offsets being +17 F and +18 R. He did a mild drop and still needed a fender roll in the back in order to clear.

Your fronts are already rolled by the factory, I believe already at a 45 degree angle so your fronts will be ok.

If you're going to drop on springs (depending on which springs you choose), you'll probably be able to get away with just a rear camber kit. These will run you from $100 to $150 brand new, depending on brand name. I'd recommend SPC rear camber kit. Fronts are a bit more pricey. They range from $400 to $550, depending on brand and vendor. I'd recommend SPL fronts if you're going to get a front. But most springs offer a mild drop, so your fronts should still be able to get in spec without a front camber kit. Your rears will suffer tho.

I honestly wouldn't know any ideas for wheels and tires for 2k. I can't help you in that matter. I was originally in the same boat as you, but after looking at some wheels, I decided to just bump my budget up higher and get the wheels that I want in the offsets that I want. But I understand not everyone has that luxury. Seeing as how WORK, DPE, HRE, and Volk are out of your price range, try looking into some SSR's or Racing Harts. I've never shopped for those wheels myself, but from what I hear, they're cheaper then the aforementioned above.
