Problem installing new rims?? Please help!!

I am putting on my new rims (SF Challenge) that I got from my friend who owns a 350z. However, I am having trouble putting on the front as the bolt that holds the rotor won't clear the rim. Any ideas??

The size of the rims (F 19x8.5 +22) (R 19x9.5 +22)

That bolt is there so you don't put rear oem wheels on to the front. It unscrews.
