Shaved fenders and aggressive offsets

Shaved fenders and aggressive offsets
I went to Steve (Akk08) today to cut my rear fenders. I couldn't be any happier. I'm at a -5 in rears and I still have plenty of room to play.
I'll post some teaser pics for now. Before and after shots are in the EXACT same location.
Before:
F*cked up, rusted, ghetto rolled
After:
Perfectly smooth, no bare metal
And a shot with -5 offset and plenty of room to play:
A few more pics. I'll do a shoot soon so pics to come.
I'm lowered on 350z H&Rs.

Nice job cutting and nice aggressive offsets but IMO it really doesn't look good with stock rims. Stock rims are way too skinny to match the very aggressive look, I think this would look amazing with wider wheels that were more aggressive than oem 18's, but just isn't right on stock 18's.

The OEM 19s have A LOT of potential! Look at Heist's car:
I know he is a sedan but that just shows what you can achieve with the correct size tires and the correct spacers and drop.
Yes. When you fold the fenders you are basically adding another layer of metal to the fender, so yes it makes the fender BETTER but still not perfect. To achieve the clearance I have now most people do a "fender roll and pull". This is "folding the fender in and then pulling the whole fender out to give more room. The problem with rolling and pulling is it is very easy to chip the paint, and if this is not done 100% perfectly you might get some weaves in your fenders.
Cutting the fenders like Adon and I did is definitely the way to go.
