Can i use my stock tires on aftermarket rims?

This might be a retarded question ... but i have 18'' G35 premium stock wheels and they're wrapped in 235/40/18 and 275/35/18 Nitto INVO's. If i buy a set of aftermarket 18's, can i use these tires on those rims? and how do i know which rims will fit my tires?

Yes, you can use the stock 18 inch tires on your other 18's. Especially if the aftermarket ones are 8" wide or so.

I honestly wouldn't waste the effort of getting 18" aftermarket wheels on your coupe. I think they look too small on the coupes. Even then, if you were to get 18" on your car, your wheel would still look small in the back, provided you get the same width as your OEM 18's.

Just save some cash and get 19's or 20's that are at least 9" wide in the front and 10" wide in the back. You'll be a lot happier in the end.

But that's just my opinion.

nothing wrong with aftermarket 18s, im thinking about it myself
just make sure they have no lip. A 18 with no lip looks like 19s with a lip

the new BMW M3 comes with 18s and the 335is come with 17s, some AMG models come with 18s

No, they have a different bolt pattern. I think they're 5x112, we have 5x114.3
