current alignment spec

I took my car to Discount Tire Center for rear alignment fix.
Before: toe: .25 , .15
camber: -1.0 , -1.5

After: toe: .15 , .10
camber: -1.0 , -1.5

Shouldn't they have fixed the toe UNDER .10? I thought the high toe spec on g35 is .10
When they fix the alignment, how come they didn't try to even out the toe OR camber? Does it better that much?

^ For toe you want it to be, in the middle of the spec.
