help! ppl w/20 in rims

hi guys, i'm new here. i'm in an iforged group buy, and was considering either 19 or 20 in rims. people with 20 in, how is the ride? did you lower your car? ....if lowered, do the fenders have to be rolled? sorry if i'm asking too many questions. please don't flame for not searching, search tool here sucks. please, any personal experiences with 20 in rims would be appreciated. also, would you switch to 19's after having the 20's?

Reading this just made me a VERY happy man. If you don't mind, could you please post your camber and toe #'s from your alignment. I don't care too much about caster but you can post that if you like.

Re: help! ppl w/20 in rims

I have 20's and coilovers, the ride is fine most people tell me it doesnt feel like its drop or that I have 20's on, but the ride can get rough on chopy roads (nyc to be specific), but I have no regrets going with 20's and a drop. im not sure where you live but if you live or drive through nyc often DO NOT go with 20's

20's all the way and if you don't want to, you don't have to lower the car. it looks fine at the stock height.

Re: help! ppl w/20 in rims

I have 20 x10.5 rear and 20 x 8.5 front with 245/35/20 F and 275/30/20 rear and Tein Type Flex coilovers. I am happy to report no rubbing at all. If I go too much lower (see pic) I will need to roll fenders. Ride quality is pretty aggressive, but that is a result of the suspension. I hardly noticed the difference when I switched from stock 18's to the 20's.

Re: help! ppl w/20 in rims

damn, those 20" GT-C's are sick man! Now just do away with the BSM (body side moldings) and you're money!

I'm in the exact same boat - I love the look of 20's, but I want to be sure I'm not going to get sick of the "pimp" look - I'm keeping my stock 17's for autocross/track use, so my new set of wheels is going to be strickly for looks... I really love I-forged 20's, just don't know if I have the ***** to go through with it...
