prior to this post was a post by one coupe owner and he said that his wheel was scratch by the guiding rails from the car wash. What if his car was equiped with tires with rim guard (like on those S03) will this "rim guard" prevent the wheel from scratches???

 

I would say that if you curbed it good enough, that would be little protection.
