Custom Built Wheesl

I'm interested in doing something custom stuff for wheels. Maybe take a face off of a discontinued model and turn it into step lips or something. Right now I would like to do that to a set of GT-7s. Does anyone know how much something like that would run me to turn 19" GT-7 into 20" step lips (You gotta use smaller faces to do steps right?)? Of course this has to be done using quality materials. If I'm doing this I don't want it to be a half assed job since I know it won't be cheap if done right. Let me know if you guys have any information on this!
