you can either buy 2 front rims or 2 rear rims.....so all 4 can match. but from factory whether you have same size or factory size.....NO YOU CANT. if you do, it'd look ruhtardeded

i also have 03 staggered 17 in coupe rims that i use as winter with same size tires all around, front rims are 7.5 and rears are 8 inches wide, i have 225/55/17 all around.

I plan to use the rears rims in front this winter, because like the OP i have more tread on the front ones now and i really don't want to remove and swap tires from front to back rims.

I really don't think it will be a problem since the rims are .5 difference and the front offset is 30, rears are 33. You probably wouldn't notice the difference for the guys saying it will look retarded.

Will follow up how it works out.

He could always run spacers in the rear if the front really stuck out more than the back

^ actually the tires are not wider they're the same size. And the rims are like half an inch wider, I doubt it'd be noticeable

the only tires on Gs that are the SAME size have the SAME size rims...and those are on sedans. the g coupe rear 17s are more concave, the 18s are actually the same size, the 19s are just wider.....all with diff size tires.

I would be more worried about the camber wear depending on how recent your alignment is.

well yeah...same size tires on staggered rims. the rears will have a flusher fit compared to the fronts bein all fat looking and the lug holes are deeper in the rear.

Does the OP even have directional tires? I didn't see him answer that question even.
