Here's some pics, as promised. They were filthy when I first bought them and cleaned them really well. (Excuse my dirty G! I'm planning to wash it tomorrow)

Looks good and legit! But yes spacers would be awesome! +22 offset I would guess? For reference I'm running +12 varrs with 15mm spacers in the rear and a bit of a stretch and it looks awesome, so I would recommend shooting for something around that.

those arent +22, i had +22 TE/TA and they looked a bit more flush then those...i could be wrong though

The rears actually stick out about half a centimeter further than the fender lol
