Well, I've tried to call Next Level Motoring 3 times in the past two weeks. No one ever picks up the phone when I hit the prompt for sales. I've also emailed their customer service dept. Oh, and I left their rep a private message on this forum as well.

I really wanted to order a pair of the xxr 526's for my daily driving wheels but they dont seem to want to sell them to me.

Anyone know another vendor that sells these wheels?

Appriciate it.

Hmmm i've called multiple times and they actually always pick up and are pretty nice usually.

I asked them when the wheels will be in and he told me like 4-6 weeks and... for those who don't pre order the wheels, they'll have them back in stock around May or something.
He also told me they had 100's of preorders in already, and of course evvverryyying says that lol

I did business with this company one time and will never do it again. I won't go into details here but I would be cautions with NLMotoring.

LOL NLmototring is the shxt, what are yall talking about. I ordered my wheels from them and shipping is QUICK! same week shipping. I also called when ordering my wheels and the guy checked and counted how many wheels they had in stock for me when I asked. They are legit.

They are a good company to deal with. I'd do business again with them.

I called today and spoke with Ryan.

He didn't seem too interested in helping me. Basically just told me to place the order online and I "should" receive my wheels in 4-6 weeks. I asked when they would be in stock and he said they wouldn't. It's a running 4-6 week wait time. I asked if anyone has received the wheels yet that have preordered, again he said he didn't know.

i had been in contact with them over the wheels and kept asking since he had told me that they would be in late January and then February came around and still hadnt heard anything so i contacted him again and he told me that it would be atleast another 3-4 weeks before they would be in so i eventually just cancelled my order and decided not to do business with them.

My NL Motoring experience..

Now let me start off that it takes a lot for me to get on to an open forum and talk about any negative experiences I have had with a company, mainly because I realize that problems do happen with any business be-it a great business or a terrible business..

So I have the XXR 521 20 inch wheels and I was running 10.5 all the way around. I was running into severe camber issues in the front and the 10.5's just didn't look right on the front so I wanted to go down to the 8.5's.

I saw that NL Motoring has them pretty darn cheap so I thought I would order from them. I placed the order for 2 20x8.5 521's and paid for overnight shipping.

4 days later I get my wheels and they are 18's and not 20's.. Not a huge deal but was a little frustrating because I was trying to get this done intime for an import face off car show. I contact NL Motoring and speak to Ryan and he seemed really bothered that I got the wrong wheels and wanted to swap to the 20's.. (my invoice even showed that I ordered 20's and paid for 20's). He told me that I had two options..

1. Send them back and then they will send me out the correct ones. I would be cool with this but they were not willing to pay for overnight shipping to get them back to them quickly so I could get the correct ones in time for my show.

2. Option 2 was to go ahead and pay for the correct ones, have those shipped out and then once I got those send back the 18's and they would issue me a refund..

I asked Ryan very nicely if there was anyway that they can send out a pre paid shipping label for overnight shipping so I can get the 18's back to them quickly and he immediately said no. I was a little put off by this considering that I paid for overnight and was sent the wrong product. I then asked him if he could send out the correct ones, charge my card and overnight them and he said he could do that but I would have to pay again for overnight shipping..

I was rather frustrated at this point so I said go ahead and and lets do that. He said okay and that he would send me out a pre paid shipping label to send back the 18's. I asked him to make it an overnight label and he said no again. So I go to the Fedex store and print out the shipping label that he sent me via email but it was only 1 label... I am trying to ship TWO wheels and ofcourse they are in separate boxes so I need TWO labels..

I call back and tell Ryan that I need another label.. Again he sounded really bothered by this and asked me why did I break the tie that was holding both of the boxes together so that I could ship them as one package... I told him I opened them to see if maybe they accidently put the 20's in the 18 box.. So I had to stand around the fedex store for an hour and a half waiting for him to send out another label..

Finally I get the 18's sent back to him and receive my 20's in the mail. I take the wheels up to one of my friends that works for Discount Tire to have them mounted and balanced and as he is putting one of the wheels and tire on the balance machine he calls me over..

The wheel is bent, now its a minor bend so it is not affecting driving but it won't balance correctly.. So now I am really pissed because I know NL Motoring isn't going to offer me a refund because the wheel has been mounted on a tire. Upon further inspection of the wheel I notice paint drip on the inside.. Which to me means that it is a refurbished wheel and has been repainted.

I call up NL Motoring and tell him of my experience with it being bent and the paint drip and ask him very politely if they sell refurbished wheels. He gets really put off by this and tells me "ofcourse we don't sell refurbished wheels, we only sell new products". I told him that this was very frustrating and to be honest I didn't want any money back or anything because I knew he wouldn't do anything for me..

So with all that being said... I will never purchase from this company again. I have done a lot of business with companies surrounding modding this car and NL Motoring is the worst one I have ever dealt with.
