Need wheel help.

I found a set I think I am going to go with, they are 20x8.5 and 20x10.5. They are a somewhat concave wheel, and they are mesh style They can be cut to whatever offset I want them to be cut too, hence the thread. I need help from the pros

What I am looking for is an aggressive stance, but something that won't require tire stretching, that is something I will NOT do. I like to use the tire to help protect the lips of the wheel, seeing as we have some roads around here that are not friendly. I will be lowering it, just don't know when. A fender roll is not a problem, but that's all I am willing to do. What offset should I cut the wheels to to accomplish this look?
