I just got some BFG T/A KDW in 245/45/17 and they are excellent for me. nice and cheap too. get em at costco or pricematch them at america's tire co.

BFG always [being the low cost shill for Michelin their owner] skips the engineering expense of extreme [or any] noise control!
Never a good idea to tout how good a tire is till you go thru the 8,000 mile design point.
" My brand new tires are so much better than my old worn out hard tires" is a phrase you hear all the time. Makes you wonder if they hear what they are saying.
