Any reason to not run 255/35 & 275/35?

Any reason to not run 255/35 & 275/35?

I'm just looking for feedback since I'm not really a tire expert like others are.

My wheel setup is 9.5x19F and 10.5x19R, +12 offset. Is there any reason why I shouldn't run a 255/35 and 275/35 setup (from a functional perspective)? I'm looking more for function here guys - I am well aware that this is not the norm for everyone who is stretched. I DD my car and I'm looking for something that I don't have to worry about quite as much.

I dd my g too and statik recommended a 245/40/19 front coupled with a 275/35/19 rear to get a good stretch with beefy tires for ride comfort but with an agressive offset I would need to shave off part of the front bumper(junction keeping the front bumper and fender together) that is where the fat tire will most likely rub!

255/35 might look a little funky but 245/35 and 275/35 would be a good non-hellaflush setup.

^thanks Sean. I'm thinking I'll be going the 245/35 and 275/35 route. I do some moderately aggressive driving (fast turns, some occasional hard curves under acceleration), so I want something that I wont have to worry about my wheels with since I'm running after-market wheels. I think this setup will fit the bill nicely.

245/35/19 too skinny on a 9.5... i'd go with the 255/35/19.

275/35/19 on the 10.5 is just right.

Either combo will work fine. The most popular combo is 245/35-19 275/35-19, but having a 255/35 will look/function just as good.
