best set of tires around 200 a piece?

i'm looking to replace the tires on a 06 coupe with the performance wheel package and have a budget of around 200 per tire to spend. the tires on there now are wayy too noisy (nankangs and goodyear f1). can anyone recommend a good all-season tire to fit the OEM 19" wheels that isn't very loud and around 200 a piece?

(from my own research, i've looked on tirerack and found continental extreme contact DWS's got good ratings in my price range, but some reviews say it's still a bit noisy)

appreciate anyone's input from experience or recommendations.

edit: my main priorities for my tires are reduced road noise and decent treadwear. i'm not going to be racing this car so performance isn't as important.

Continentals are always a little noisy, but they are great tires.

I personally never deal with all seasons so I can be much help in terms of those.

The reviews on tirerack will definitely be your friend. Look into the Hankook all seasons. Everyone on here seems to have fallen in love with the Ventus V12 ( but that is a summer tire)

Hankook v12's. Great tires that are within your budget. I bought my car with Nitto tires ( never liked them) and switched to Hankook and the road noise was cut in half. I went with them for my new set-up.

The v12s are a summer tire though.

He needs an all season.

thanks for the tips guys. i live on the east coast, sadly. tirerack's best all seasons look like the continental extreme contact dsw's. unfortunately, one of the staggered sizes is out of stock. i saw yokohama avid envigors also got good reviews. there don't seem to be a lot of all season tires on tire rack that fit the stock OEM staggered rims?

well the continental extreme contact dsw's are out of stock for a while. too bad, they were the number 1 rated all seasons on tire rack.

can anyone vouce for yokohama avid envigors as a suitable replacement?

Just from looking at the Yokohama Avid Envigor I would say it is a nice allseason with a focus on wet performance and noise reduction due to the directional tread pattern. I would think it would give up some performance against the DWS in the snow only.

It is certainly worth a try.
