Re: Kinetix Racing Camber Kit - Help - BAD Camber!

You should be able to fix the camber with the turnbuckle on
the camber adjustment rod, and with the factory alignment.

Even your factory alignment washer is showing that you
can still pull-in the rod towards the center of the car by
about 1degree. If you do adjust that rod, be very careful
when you drive your car to the alignment shop. The car's
toe changes dramatically with camber adjustment and
could be very dangerous to drive.

One thing you guys need to keep in mind is that some
alignment shops raise the car into the air when they adjust
the camber and toe. When you lower the car back onto
the alignment rack, the springs (especially Eibachs) require
time to resettle before you can remeasure. Most places
do not know this and will start measuring while the
springs have not resettled...which means that the figures
you see on the sheets are not necessarily true after your
drive home. This is why it is very critical that you take it
into an alignment shop that have dealt with aftermarket
suspension.

Im using the Stillen rear rods with my Eibach springs.

Re: Kinetix Racing Camber Kit - Help - BAD Camber!

I already have the camber arms from kinetix and just needed the SPC bolts, which I found at a local distributor for $45 for two sets. I may only need one set, but I figured it would be smart to cover all my bases and not have to buy anything else if possible.

My car is too low for the camber arm to pull in enough camber and not pull in the toe. The eibach pro-kit is about a 1" or 1.5" drop and I am about twice that.. I am hoping these toe-bolts aren't a pain to get setup and that I can bring the car in and get it all taken care of and not worry about anything anymore.
