Help figuring out wheel specs

Sup... Everyone?

I'm ready to buy my wheels, and I'm going to go with the TSW Steterton look... silver with polished lip....
I need help figuring out what is the offset? I want to go with 20's, and a 245/35 or 40 tire.... Want to get an idea... If not possible I'll even go 19's staggered but I am dumb when it comes to wheels, offset high-wall etc...
Can someone please let me know what is the recommended size's.
Also I am going to drop the car at some point with some Eibachs pro kit. will 20's rub?

Any input will be appreciated.
thanks

Use this or one of the other calculators to figure out what you want if you want to keep it within factory specs.

What offsets do those come in or were you planning to get? Also coupe or sedan?

Does the car loose comfortability with a 20'' rim?

In a word... yes. Its not horrible but since you're lowering your sidewall size to compensate for the larger wheel you're going to lose some comfort.

I don't know sedan offsets at all to help you there I'm a coupe. But I can tell you that 20's are for looks not for function. You can roll in them but generally the larger the wheel the less comfort if you want to keep the VDC happy.

How wide is the rim? Wheel manufactures (esp TSW) error on the sied of caution. I had TSW wheels, but they were "coupe" offsets and I have a sedan. I dont know the 07+ specs, but if its close to the 03-06 then I can help.

19 vs 20 comes down to personal preference.
Tires for 20s are cheaper, but you will hear and feel the road a little more.
They both look good so I would say find a wheel style you like and go from there.

8.5 +40 offset will fit fine.

^exactly, it totally depends on your comfort level and what you are going for with the rims. The combo of my stretched tires, low ride height, and stiff coilovers makes my 19"s uncomfortable at times but it doesn't bother me...

+35 offset (@ the most, +38 is safe) with 8.5" wide wheel on sedan on all 4 corners.
You'll want / or may find wheel/ tire "poke" if you choose lower offsets (less than +35)

Some other things to understand:
The rear fender flanges will need to be rolled up 90 degrees by "roller tool" to prevent "bump and turn" rubbing on the tire sidewall; especially if you lower the fenders 1 1/2"+ in the rear.
Fronts may as well get a touch of the "roll tool" if you drop.

The TSW wheel bore is 72mm and your G wheel hub is 66.1 mm; so be certain you get the hubcentric ring adaptors as an extra. These slip in to the wheel bore and over the brake rotor hub when mounted.

The 20 splined lugs nuts and tool are another extra.

The 5x114.3 means 5 lugs per wheel spaced at 114.3mm (4.5") typical for our Infinti's.

Good luck

Snetterton is a bling type wheel, for that diamond rolex look on a G.

An 8.5 +35 wont poke in the front or the rear. I am running 9's in the front with +35 and I am thinking of adding at least a 5mm spacer to get closer to being flush. Rear I have 10's +45 and thinking of doing the same. I will know for sure once I get my rear camber adjusted next week.
The TSW wheels should come with hub rings, mine did.

It looks like I'm going with the TSW Snettertons silver with polished lip... 20 x 8.5 with 245/35 tires... with a +40mm offset... I would rather go staggerd but it seems very confusing and I don't want to mess transfer case up...
thanks guys for all the input.

Whats confusing you about it? How would it mess the transfer case up? If staggered is what you are looking for you should pursue it. It's kind of like buying a green car when you wanted a white one. Get what you like while you have the option, otherwise you might regret it.

It just seems pretty confusing knowing the offsets for the fronts, and the offset for the rears... I think I'm just going to go with the 20's all round and the same width size tire.
So.... I guess my last question is
245/35 on 20x8.5 with a +40mm offset is safe in our cars?? I should have no issues with rubbing or anything? Unless I drop the car I may have to roll my fenders? That is what my understanding is!!
Thank u guys
