No, you just need to keep the diameter within 3% difference of each other.

TPMS is tire pressure monitoring system. No worries there, they are just your factory valve stems. You get a warning light if they aren't in the wheels.

Id go with the 18x8.5 so your can rotate your tires.

But if you do want to stagger that's not a problem. You could run 225/45 front and 245/40 rear if you wanted to.

The rims im trying to get are also 18"
Staggered
18x8.5 Front
18x9.5 Rear
35 Offset

and Im going to try and run 225/45 front and 245/45 in rear, or should I do 245/40 in the rear?

^ agreed, those will be way too sunkin in.
You'll want wider wheels and a lower offset.

As stated above ^. I apparently answered your other post on this same question...
255/40/18 would be a much better fit than the 245's if you do go with these wheels..

ahhh I see, unfortunately thats the lowest offset they had.
Will wider tires fix this? or should I simply shop for lower offset wheels.

Wider tires wont help, it's the offset of the wheel thats the problem.
I would look for wider wheels 8.5" - 9.5" front and 10" - 10.5" rear and look for offsets in the high teens to low 20's to get a nice clean conservative look.
