They are pretty similar and MUCH CHEAPER in price. The lips look smaller and I didn't pay close enough attention to the offsets to know if they'll fit right...

The PIAA's don't have rivets they have set screws. The wheel is a 2 piece construction and it actually comes with allen wrenches...
