It's super easy to use and does a great job. I was able to pinch my front fenders flat. I dont have any pics because I have since sold the car.

If it cracked your paint, then you weren't using it properly. The paint needs to be properly heated before you SLOWLY crimp the fender with the finishing tool.

Yes you need to take a heat gun and head up the fender/paint prior any pinching/rolling otherwise you will crack the paint.
