Springs, which ones have the smoothest ride, etc?

I am looking into either getting a coilover kit or just getting springs (Tanabe or Eibach) but am concerned about the ride if I just get the springs. Can anyone tell me of their experiences with just installing springs, whether it be Tanabe, Eibach, Tein, etc? What are the long term ramifications of the stock suspension when modifying w/ aftermarket springs? Thanks in advance

You'll want to get lowering springs that are close to stock spring rates.
long term ratifications? your struts will wear a little faster, but all depends
on what kind of roads you drive on, and how you drive... your struts
can handle up to about 400lbs/in without much problems. Anything over
that will start to feel bouncy and undulation could be felt. You'll want
to get aftermarket struts or coilover kits in that case.

You're best bet are the eibachs imo. TEIN rates on the rear are too soft
unless you go with the 350Z ones. finish off with swaybars.

i agree, the eibach's are smooth. the Tein's are good. i rode in a coupe with RSR springs and they felt terrific. you might want to consider those.

Springs with no Camber Kit Required

What springs should I look at for around an inch or so of lowering andless body roll? Also I don't want to have to also buy a camber kit or other hardware needed to adjust it. Just a simple alignment after the install is all that should be needed.

Will this happen with Eiback Prokit or H&R Sports?

Thanks.

Jason

Anybody have Espelir springs on your G35? The Espelir specs says the drop is only 10mm F&R. Their spring rates are supposed to be 30% higher than stock.

For less bodyroll, if you want to do it right, you'll need to get
aftermarket swaybars. There's just no comparision.
