TPMS from stock 17" to stock 18"

My 04 has the stock 17" rims and i just got a set of stock 18" that came off a 03 coupe. How easy is it to remove the TPMS from the 18's and put them on the 18's? Also do my 17" even have TPMS's?

They are easily transferable, just buy a new hardware kit so you have fresh seals. Call me direct for that item.
