I think CE28N is the lightest especially in the Volks Racing Brand and Volks are famous for making light and good looking wheels.
Not sure if it will look great on a G coupe but it is ALMOST the lightest.

Yeah, depends how much money you want to spend. You can get Work Emotion CR Kai, for about $330 per wheel, which weighs in at 18.5 pounds for an 18x9.5"

Or you can get Volk Racing Forged Magnesium, which I saw online in an 18x9.5 or 18x9" something like that, and it weighs in at 12.5 pounds or somehting like that. But it costs something like $1500 per rim or something crazy like that.

The 18" ce28n's are low 17lbs. for the 8.5" and high 17lbs. for the 9.5.

Gramlights 57f (one piece forged) weighs a few oz. less I believe.

Stock 18" are either 24 or 25 pounds, I forget which. I think someone said the new stock 19" are 19 or 20 pounds.

See my first post in this thread. I'm running Volk CE28N's in 18x8.5. They weighed in right around 16.5 lbs. each. That design is supposedly just about the lightest aluminum wheel that Volk offers. I have a DG sedan, and I got these Volks in bronze, so you can check out my pictures to see how they look.

It was post #8 in this thread, which really didn't say anything more than what I just posted above. I really like my CE28N's, though I know some people have a real aversion to the multi-spoke look. This design does allow for the use of the stock tire pressure sensor, so that is also a plus. My offset is +40mm, which puts the wheels right in line with the fender edge. Here are a few pictures...

Magnesium wheels are def. very lightweight and good for racing and tracks, BUT for everyday driving they will bend in a second!
