BBS LM Wheels?

Does anyone have BBS LM wheels on their car? I have seen plenty of pics of the BBS RGR on peoples cars, but never one of the LM. The LM is similar to the RGR but it has a tighter mesh. I'm thinking of buying these wheels but it would really help to see them on a G coupe first. I wonder why the RGR is so popular with G owners but the LM is not?

Thanks for any help,
Prolix

I wasn't aware the LM fitted the G? Different bolt pattern?

No, according to the Tire Rack they are the correct bolt pattern. Maybe no one has these because they have small lips? Also for some reason the lips on the fronts (18 x 8.5) are larger (1.6") than the lips on the rears (18 x 9.5 with a 1.3" lip). Seems like it would look strange to have bigger lips on the front, no?

LM's are very pricey...alot more than the RGR's. That's one reason you don't see too many out there. I see them all the time on BMW's...I'd love to see a set on a G! Yeah the bigger lip in the front does seem kinda whack.

If you play with the offsets, you can fix the lip problem. My rims are 18x8.5" up front and 18x9.5" in back. I was originally going to get +25mm for both, but the guy at the store said if I did that, the front lip would be bigger than the back lips, so I got a +20mm in the back, which has a bigger lip. Incidently, the wheel-fitment guide from the wheel manufacturer, said that was the proper offset combo for the G Coupe for that wheel anyways. (F+25/R+20).
