2004 G35..looking for tire recommendations

I have a 2004 G35 with 135,000 miles. I put appx 60,000 miles a year on my car so I'm looking for recommendations on moderately priced tires that can deliver strong wear and tear over alot of miles...prefer miles over performance. Currently I have 235/50 R17's for all four tires...if I stagger the sizes (front/rear) can I get better miles? Thanks.

no, keep them the same size so you can rotate them. That will prolong them

check tire rack for tires. they have good info. I always liked the Kumho Ecsta ASX as good bang for ur buck

Michelle PS2s are still my favorite all round tire for everything.

For mileage and daily driving I'd look at the Kumho LX Platinum. Works well in wet, good life, still snappy in the wheel, and decently priced. Call me when ready!

Hey Neal,

What about Sumitomo's? I currently have size 235/45R18 and I'm looking at the 245/45R18 or 235/50R18. Consumer Reports really likes them.

Not a bad tire, similar to Kumho. They really don't have a touring based option though. The P01 is a sport all season so a tad less ride quality but a bit better handling over the LX.
