I'd say yes, but again it will depend on your camber and the offset of your wheels or how many spacers you have.
These links should help you get a few visuals.

Is this a coupe or sedan?
As far as tires go, your best bet is to leave the 245/35 in the front and buy some 275/30/20 (285/30/20 would match the front almost exactly).
As far as spacers go, check out the vendors on here they sell some quality spacers. Don't waste your time or money on those cheap spacers from the parts store. The largest you can go while using stock studs is about 5mm and they are not hub centric.
You will want hub centric spacers(66.1mm) to prevent vibrations at higher speeds.
Look into Ichiba spacers, or hop on Ebay and look up "optionselct" they sell hub centric spacers as well.

a lil help plz
Everything depends on the wheels width and offset. If you are considering spacers then it's pretty safe to say that the 275 will fit fine in the rear.
