Wheel install question

Hi folks, new member with a quick question. I just received my new set of Axis Milano 19's and was in the process of installing the fronts when I noticed something that looks like a bolt sticking out of the hub which is keeping me from fitting the rim all the way on. It is roughly between 2 of the hub bolts and hits the rim on the solid part between the bolt threads on the new rim.

I have an '04 6mt coupe in case it is an issue specific to that model. Also the backs fit fine with that random bolt not on those hubs. I am hoping this is something stupid that I missed and not that my rims are not compatible. Any help would be most appreciated.
