I vote for 20" with very aggressive offsets, and a Eibach lowering. IMHO, the G35, just plain SWALLOWs anything smaller than 20" (although some of 9.5 / 10.5 resist a little better!!)

And yes, you will have to slow down a little, in NJ

i really like alot of rims made by panther www.pantherwheel.com but im unsure which ones fit.
Hmmm....I agree with the general width that you mention, but not the rim or the rest of the whole wheel of any of the Panther design. Those wheels (and the rim portion of the wheel) look heavy, very blingy and...probably just not a performance addition to the G. Lots of lightweight and nice looking ideas might be Volk, Racing Hart, Nismo, HRE, G Games and many others. The HP line has some nice wheels and that won't break the bank and also are fairly light in weight. Many don't fit the Brembo-equipped cars, though.

The Panthers are okay, but..

I think the G35 lends intself a lot more to performance design rather than a bling look.

I'm looking into wheels for my Sedan. What are the dangers of putting on an oversized tire onto my stock 17" ?

If you want bling get 20" chrome. If you want classy get 19" polished or graphite.
