Help with tire sizes

Hi all, let me start off by saying, I have been lurking the forums for some time now, but just recently started to mod my 2006 6 speed sedan.

I am also not new to modding cars but being that this will be my first staggered wheel/tire setup, I have some questions.

So here is what I am working with;

2006 Sedan, currently dropped all the way down on Tein Basics (Will be removing a collar in the rear soon and rolling the fenders.)

I have a set of Volk GT-M wheels that are 19x9.5 et35 f and 19x10.5 et33 r

I was thinking about going with 235/35/19 f and 245/35/19 r (came up with this after many many hours on tyrestretch.com)

I am afraid of rubbing and especially since the basics do not have any dampening adjustment, i figured the stretch will assist in that department.

Can someone please explain the whole thing with the VDC and aftermarket wheels? I have read that there should be no more than a 3% difference in tire size. Is this from stock tire size or from front to back with the new tires??

Thanks!

^^ The 3% difference would be the difference in your size between your front and rear but at the same time you also want to try and stay within factory specs as well so you don't throw off the odometer. This is more important for the AWD cars with the F&R. Based on the set up above I would suggest going to at least a 255 in the rear. A 245 will stretch like a mother and you won't have anything protecting your wheels

245/40-19 and 275/35-19 would be the correct size combo for the car and wheels.
