Offset + Spacer help

I have some aftermarket 20" wheels 8.5F w245s and 10R w/ 275s. I believe my wheels are high offset. Also, I think I have some camber in the rears as they are slightly tilted. I attached some pics so you guys can help me with the right spacers. Thanks.

The last photo is a down shot on the rear wheel.

And yes I will need a drop. Just want to figure out this spacer deal first.

Not lowered. Will lower it once I figure out the spacers I need.

Its hard to to answer in a sense because once lowered your wheels camber in and the look and need for a spacer will increase, to play it safe 20mm all around and make sure you get a rear camber kit

Ok. I guess I should get myself some coils first. Camber kit need with coilovers?

rear camber kit and toe kit needed, lower first to your desired height with camber kit and toe kit then we could see what would be recommended spacer size and also if any fender rolling would be needed... then alignment after lol

Lower the car first, get the alignment sorted out, and then measure the gap between the tire and fender.

My car is lowered now with a camber kit. My alignment is a little off. I need to add more positive camber. I bought 25mm spacers but they were way too big. My tire was sticking out a good inch or so. I just want my tires and fender to be flush. I was thinking a 10mm in the rears. What do you guys think? I'm a noob at this kind of stuff. I don't know which part of the tire I should measure it at since they are slightly stretched. The pics show my wheels with no spacers.

I was also thinking about a 5mm in the fronts once I lower it a little more.
