Ideally, yes you should run a ring - BUT you most likely won't find one in that size! If the wheels accept tapered lug nuts that in itself will center the wheel, so you probably won't see any vibrations. However, it does put additional stress on the studs, whereas your hub typically supports the weight of the vehicle and the studs/lug nuts just keep everything snug against the hub.

I think I'm going to pass on them. I don't want the headache of them potentially not working 100% the way they should.
