I am not a sedan wheel/tire fitment expert, but I think you will have rubbing issues. I know people are running 275/30/19 in the rear without problems.

Yes. 275 is actually the optimum width for a 9.5" wheel, according to Tire Rack.

Dude that's overkill man, 275 max on the sedan. I'd go with 265, I mean that much rubber is excessive.

thanks for all the input, i'm trying to avoid the problem that my friend has with his car who is running the standard 245-35 front and 275-30 rears, who after lowering it 1.1" still has a 2" gap in the rear but the front looks right. so i'm trying to fill the rear fender gap with having to lowering it too much. maybe a 265-40?

Well your friend's problem was that he was supposed to have a 275/35-19, not a 275/30-19.
