upgrade to 18"

I am planning on buying 18" rims for my sedan and going with 225/45/18 I know a lot on this form have gone with 18's and 19's and even wider and have been happy but have heard that some have experienced sterring pull from wider tires thats why i am thinking the 225/45/18 will work best because i hate steering pull. Does anyone have this setup on there sedan and how does it feel in comparison to stock. any suggestions would be appreciated.
