Need Help lowering

Hi,
I bought a set of summer rims and tires. they are 18's 18x8 235/40/18 in the front and 18x9.5 265/35/18. Now my i am wondering if i am going to have too much gap once I put these on. I have a g35 Sedan with the sport package suspension. If i have to drop it what are my options? can i just get tein springs, or GTR springs? Is using a 350z springs be an option? If i did get springs would I have issue later on with my suspension? I tried using the search , but could not find exactly what i was looking for.
THank you in advance for all of your help

Yes, your car will have too much gap. Part of the blame is as simple as plus sizing, the other is that you went with tires that are shorter them oem. How your car is ultimately looks is up to your perception, but based on that you've said, IMO the car will "look" like it needs to be lowered.

GTR springs?

If you cannot spend money for aftermarket shocks and increasing performance is a non issue, I would get Tein H-techs. If you can affort to get shocks, get oem 350Z springs and Tokico D-spec shocks, about $570 total.
