was ready to order rear camber arm and toe bolts, when noticed the below description for $90, looks like it's just the toe bolts alone, not possilble that those can ALSO adjust CAMBER???

These cams replace the OE camber and toe adjustment cams and provide additional camber & toe changes. Adjustment slots will need to be elongated using rotary files.

Note: If only camber or toe adjustments are needed, only have of this kit is needed for toe/camber adjustment. Call to order just half.
