Brembo Brake Problems

I wanted to see if anyone w/Brembo 6MT has had problems similar to this. At times, I hear a big thud when I start the car and put the car in reverse. And today, the ABS and SLIP lights went on and stayed on. Now when I start the car, there is an automatic thud that I think is coming from the brake pedal. There is a slight decompression from the brake pedal. When I drive, the brakes appear to be working fine. Is it a master brake cylinder problem? I am not mechanically inclined by any means. I thought I'd ask the forum to get a better insight. I was planning to take it into the dealer anyways but I wanted a layman's insight if possible. Thanks in advance

I really don't know what it could be. The thing that is worrying me is that the (1) ABS/Slip lights come on and stay on and (2) the pedal decompression (------->the pedal travels more after it bottoms out?).

When it comes to brakes and steering it is always time to take it into the dealer to look at the problem. Make an appointment and take it in immediately.

You need new brake pads. The ABS and SLIP lights come on when the pads are worn down.
