What's a good used price for OEM 19" Rays?

Front 8" and rear 8.5" wheels. Rims are in good shape, 8 out of 10. Tires will need to be replaced though. They are junk.

Wants $700 which I'm considering rims only though since tires will need to be changed ASAP.

I've personally seen em on here for that price with decent tires. If it's local (which they never are for me) then yeah it's decent I'd try and haggle with him though cuz the tires.

 

Just okay IMO, since they are not pristine and no tires. 500 would be a deal.
