G37s Wheels question

Im getting a set of g37s wheels for my 35 coupe, someone told me that regular 12 - 1.25 lugs wont fit them and I would have to get oem infiniti lugs to make them work. Is that true?

I also want wheel locks on them, I plan on literally getting 20 gorilla wheel locks:
Amazon.com: Gorilla Automotive 71631N Acorn Wheel Locks (12mm x 1.50 Thread Size) - Pack of 4: Automotive Amazon.com: Gorilla Automotive 71631N Acorn Wheel Locks (12mm x 1.50 Thread Size) - Pack of 4: Automotive

Would these fit 37 wheels? has anyone tried?

If the wheels are 5x114 then they should fit fine... That other measurement you mention is the lug sizes in diameter and thread pitch. Those relate to the type of lug nut you need! You want to get gorilla locks for the OEM wheel seat type though, which you are going to need to look up. 20 locks look good on the wheels...!

I'm running the 37 wheels on my 35 with OEM lugs, work fine.
Why do you want 20 locks? Doesn't that seem a little superfluous?

Maybe drill a hole in each lug to put a padlock on each one?

Although the thread patterns are the same, a G37 wheel needs to use the lug nuts from a G37. The G37 lugs nuts actually goes into the holes in the G37 rims whereas the G35 lug nuts does not go into the whole and the number of threads engaged by the G35 lug nuts are way less then if you use the lug nuts from a G37.

Twenty locks will help, an alarm that goes off when your car is moved makes it safer! An alarm is a good investment when you consider the cost of wheels/tires...Gary

20 locks won't help. If anything it will slow them down and **** them off even more. I do hear tilt alarms work great. If your car gets jacked up the alarm will go off.
