2005 G35 6MT 19inch offset? Wheel spacers?

I just brought home today my Ivory White 6 speed G35. I must say that it is a blast to drive and I'm loving every single mile I put into it.

Anyway, I was looking for rims for some time now, I wanted the usual like 19inch, flushed look, gold face with some nice fat lip. But I LOVE the 19inch stock wheels, I think they're great. I mean, I've never seen stock wheels that looked good, you know....

But the thing is, I still want the flushed look and well, stock wheels aren't the best offset for the G35. I want my car to looked a litte more agressive and to look good with a veilside body kit.

So my questions are, 1) What is the width of a stock 19inch rims? 2)what is the offset? and 3) What is a good offset to have that is flushed with the fender? I heard +20 fronts, +24 for the rear. The reason I'm asking is because instead of buying new rims, I'll just get a spacer to get the flushed look. Someone has to agree with me when I say 19inch Stock wheels are niceeeeee.

thanks a lot

Hmmm, maybe no one knows the offset of a stock wheel. Well, I think I may have found my answer, 15-20MM spacers for fronts, and 20-25 spacers on the rears.

My question now though is, would I need longer wheel studs for our cars?

thanks

Yes with 20-25mm spacer you will need longer wheel studs. I think if you go with the 25mm H&R spacers you wont need longer studs, they come with lug nuts that bolt the spacer to the hub, the spacer has its own set of bolts that bolt to your wheels. here is a pic

thanks for the tip, I called H&R and verify if I needed a long wheel-stud, and well I don't because the kit has its own stud, the only thing is that I need to go to a shop and have them pressed, and everything should be all good.

I've heard people using H&R spacers without problems, its still kinda scary but someone has to try it right!??!

Yes I would love to have a nice set gold face, polished lip rims but the stock 19inch is fine and I do love how it looks. And besides, my other baby needs some new rims too. thanks man..

I've attached the page from your owners manual showing your wheels specifications.

i just got these wheels and I know there will be no rubbing issue and will clear big brakes if you ever get them.

thanks a lot for the picture. I honestly haven't checked the manual, I pretty much figured everything what I wanted to push from the car, you know. I was more interested on activating my lojack than anything else really..

AMS MIKE:
wow those are some awesome rims. One of my favorite wheel manufacturer too..

niM, yah, you can still use those. As a US distributor of the wheel line, I just cannot recommend it due to my position, but personwise why not give a try My widebody BMW 840 uses H&R with no problem
